Steve Kuczek is veteran in more than 1 way at Flancer’s.  Steve was one of the first cooks to be hired on at the Mesa location in May of 2008.  He was hired on as a prep/line cook and has worked his way up to Sous Chef.  Steve is most known around the café as our soup and dessert Chef.   He says he learned these skills from growing up in Auburn New York working for his family’s Bakery/Café.

One of Steve’s greatest attributes is his dedication to Flancer’s and his country.  Steve is a true Veteran himself.  He served in the United States Navy from 1976-1980.  Stationed in May port Florida on the USS Saratoga.  During his time he was deployed 3 times over seas.   As veterans day approaches us we would like to thank all the Veterans and a special thank you Steve for all that he has done and brought to the Flancer’s restaurants
